Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was a kid, I never dreamt of traveling. I just wanted to stay in my own country. When I had my first job, I was sent to the US and, in awe, I never knew that there is a big world out there to be discovered. Since that time, I was always away from my home country.

I consider myself as a vagabond. A home is not a place anymore for me... It is a feeling. Regardless of where I am and who I meet, I can feel home. Couchsurfing helps people connect together regardless of race and gender. That is why I am here... I wanted to enrich the lives of others through meaningful connections much as I wanted to enrich mine as well.
