Hey there,

I'm Anne, 24 years old and an intern at a big company in the south of Germany.
I love baking and cooking (and food!!!) especially with and for friends. Seeing the beauty of nature, exploring new cities and getting lost to find the best spots are my guidelines to experience a place. And of course it is always helpful to have a locals by yours side or their tips.

One Travel Story
Four friends and I went on a road trip after graduation from high school. We drove from Germany to Andorra, then to Spain. From the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean and back through France. On our way back home we drove around 1.400 kilometres without the intention to stay somewhere overnight. We ended up sleeping on on the floor and in the car net to a French county road.
I like plans. Plans are good, and changing them is even better!

At the moment I can't host any guest due to my housing situation. But living with people from all over the world showed the richness in multinational friendships to me. I believe that the only way to really experience a place is through locals, their insights but also the fact that a place is nothing without it's inhabitants.
