I enjoy to be spontaneus and I have a lot of trust in people that I meet. It makes it rolling for me when I MOVE my body... dance, ski, golf, aikido, rollerskating ect.

I am in constant move to express what is in my core. It is a journey which is not ending but constantly showing me the qualities of this beautifull and continuesly life.

I am hosting and I am surfing. And I enjoy doing both in the exchange of humanity and joyfullness.

Interests

For a living I do what interest me... people, learning, developement.
The moving of my body...cycling, Ki-aikido, dancing, anything that makes me joyfull and express me from inside.
And riding my motorbike - thats awsome

Music, Movies, and Books

I am wide in my range of listning to music. I prefer not to have the radio on as background, så music is for me a choice to influence me when I choose it.
Some of the CD that will always be a good choice for me is U2 80/90ties.
World music, middle east, african or Latin inspired is wonderful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I quite often experince amazing things and do amazing things that touches me... can be the nature, the colors of the trees, a sunset that lookes like it is unreal...and the same time being very present -knowing it is true what I experince... Or...riding down the slopes of the mountains on ski... :) uhmmm
Hitting a golf ball, so it says click...
Or riding the brand new Ferrari California...knowing that very few will ever experince such a thing!
