I'm an observer, curious, I love learning new things. I'm open minded, funny, responsible, friendly, a simple person, a free soul, independent... I work hard. I'm a language teacher and I love my job. I don't have any prejudice. I like helping people. I have social responsibility.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can give good tips, organizing events, going with someone to drink or coffee/or sight-seeing/or hosting for few days.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I host, I give good tips, I go out at cafés and I take people to know better my city, I organize events... I became a Couch Surfing member in 2009, but it's like if I were a founder member of this project, because I am always a host. I invite my friends to stay at my home or when a friend need change his/her style of life or city, my house's doors are always open. But now I want to meet people and help them feel good here in Brazil and/or in Curitiba.

Interests

I love arts in general (literature, dance, photography, theater, music, cinema...), taking pictures, handicraft, playing of chef (I sometimes like to cook), reading, singing, traveling, studying languages, dancing, the sea (all the seasons), making new friends, Anthropology, other cultures...

Music:I love MPB, jazz, ethnic music. Some musicians and singers I like: Chico Buarque, Noel Rosa, Cartola, Roberta Sá, Michael Bublé, Jamie Cullum, Beirut, Madeleine Peyroux, Los Hermanos, Regina Spektor, Feist, Zeca Baleiro, Jorge Drexler, Mika...
Movies: I studied to be a theater director, I've paid special attention in movie directors. I like Paul Thomas Anderson, Lars von Trier, Alexandre Gonzáles Iñárritu, Stanley Kubrick, Ingmar Bergman, David Lynch, Woody Allen, Daren Aronofsky, Milos Forman, Tom Tikwer, Álmodovar, Baz Luhrmann, Fernando Meirelles, Walter Salles ... I like a not commercial movie.
Books: I like reading and a book that I adore is "Ensaio sobre a cegueira" (original name of Blindness), of José Saramago.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The desert, in Bolivia. The llamas, vicunas, alpacs so close to me. The wonderful Salt Desert of Uyuni! Being in thermal waters minutes before it started to snow and want to stay there all my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about theater, ethnic music and dance, handicraft, about my city, how to cook a delicious vegeterian food, my culture, my language and other things I know. I want to learn more about photography, other cultures and everything more that become/make me a better person. I can share experiences, knowledges, good times...
