About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Remember happiness is a way of travel, not a destination" Roy Goodman

ABOUT ME

I enjoy being on my way. On my way to a new place, on my way to a new experience.
I love buses, trains and hitch hiking.
In October 2011 I left Belgium with 12kg on my back, cardboard, a marker and a map of Europe.
Open for wherever the road would lead me, I crossed Europe, crossed Russia, Mongolia, China, Laos and Thailand.
Instead of visiting attractions, it makes me happy to listen to the life stories of the people that cross my life, it makes me happy to discover their favorite spots, their favorite food, their favorite people.

Not only while travelling but also back home, I cherish moments of exchange, whether it is a short chat in the public transport with an old lady, or couch surfing, or discovering something new about my closest friends.

I get inspired by community living, permaculture, street performances and I am passionate about non-violent communication, clowning , day dreaming (and much, much more)
