Anne: Native Wisconsinite and lover of beer, cheese and travel, I've lived in France on and off since 2009 where I am still able to indulge in my loves of beer, cheese, and well, travel. Latest work was as a tour guide in Paris.

Julien: Native Bourguignon who enjoys finishing every meal with dessert, airplanes and all flying things, discussing about science, and juggling. Julien is an engineer.

We are lucky to have the opportunity to take a one-year sabbatical to adventure throughout the Americas, and we are doing so starting in Mexico and making our way all the way to Argentina. We're new to couch surfing, but we hope it will provide a connection between us and local people throughout our travels.

We've had many visitors here in Paris, and we know the value of having an insider's knowledge of places to visit, things to see, and best coffeeshops (very important!). We aren't big club-goers, but love kicking it back with a good beer in hand while chitchatting, cooking, and we are always up for an adventure. We are happy to lend a hand in any sort of projects or chores you might have.

I enjoy photography, writing, traveling, people watching, and good food. I also really like cats.

Julien is passionate about airplanes, good food, and is the master of a simply delicious crepe (he is French, after all).

Anne: I've been to the top of the Eiffel Tower over 300 times! I've also traveled sola in Guatemala and Ecuador over the course of 6 months.

Julien: I've flown gliders amongst falcons and eagles over the Pyrenees.
