I am an easy-going, extravert person. I love to be surrounded by other people, its just more fun. However, I desperately need my morning coffee, otherwise I'm not that talkative ;)
Belgian beers are my favorite and sorry when I laugh about my own jokes. Overall I'm as dutch as it can get, really down to earth and open to all different kinds of ideas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have surfed some couches and also hosted some surfers in our studenthouse. The diversity of people you meet with couchsurfing is great. Every time learning so much about other cultures, food and ways of thinking. It has been a pleasure!

Interests

I'm a very fanatic member of Utrecht's student rowing society. My heart really belongs to this sport. Although I don't find myself as often in a boat as I would like to, I do coach the Lightweight Freshmen's Eight.
Apart from coaching, I also volunteer in three committees associated with the rowing society.

And then there is coffee. I just LOVE coffee. If you're looking for some great coffee places, I am the one to go to.

I have a thing for (really, really bad) romantic comedies. I have a Hugh Grant collection you'll be jealous of. Or not, if you have a more refined taste than I have...

Especially live, I like to listen to jazz or blues. I can pretty much listen to anything, except for metal.
