About Me

Life feels like a game in which I have a limited amount of time to rack up as many experiences as I can. I particularly can't stay away from a list of things to achieve, like visiting all 50 states (47!) or running a race in all 169 towns in Connecticut (done!), or hiking all the blue-blazed trails here (10% and moving). I'd call myself a social introvert. I've spent a lot of time in school and not enough time in other countries. I'm a classical violinist and play in a local symphony orchestra.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up for CS years ago and have only just surfed a couple times: In Chicago area while looking for my own apartment, and then again on a solo road trip through the Dakotas. What a great experience so far! Looking to surf here and there, and maybe even host now that I'm finally in a place I own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in India for three months and was so moved by the country. The place is chaos, but the people, the culture, and the food were wonderful. That place has a piece of my heart.
