ABOUT ME

Well i am an outdoors lover. I love travelling in a non tourist type of fashion-WWoofing(willing workers on organic farms) is one of my favourite things to do.
I love working in my vegie garden, pilates, skiing(water and snow), volunteering for Asylum Seekers, riding my bike to work through the parks and reading in my hammock, although I always seem to find something more energetic to do.
People describe me as very easy going and a 'do-er'.
I've travelled a fair bit- including sailing from Antalia in Turkey to St Lucia in the Bahamas.
It'd be great to meet more travellers (including some home grown ones from OZ).

I host. I haven't been a guest yet but will one day soon i hope. I love meeting new people and finding out about their travels and, as a result, adding more and more places to my wish list.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Sailed from Antalya, Turkey to St Lucia, Caribbean across the Atlantic (and the Med)in a 49 foot ketch .
Seen elephants mate.
Giraffes fight.
Got growled at by a lioness when we went for a walk in the Okavanga Delta, Botswana. She was feeding.It was 10m away. VERY scary.
The Taj mahal, Victoria falls and the Golden Gate bridge are some of the things that have made me cry.
