Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, hate being a tourist ^^. I enjoy offering people my view of the cities I've lived (including Stockholm and Berlin), and meeting people who share my passion for travel

Interests

I try to spend most of my free time outside, hiking, swimming, surfing are current favorites. I ride my bike every day to work, it's the best commute!

At night, I enjoy seeing bands, having a drink (San Diego is heaven for craft beer lovers) and watching movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-wise, I've always been a sucker for great lyrics, Belle&Sebastian, Warren Zevon, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Leonard Cohen are all-time favorites. For the rest, I love two radio stations, KEXP and KCRW, which keep me in good music.

My favorite movies by far are the trilogy by Richard Linklater, Before Sunset/Sunrise/Midnight, if you haven't seen these please do!

I don't read as much as I used to anymore, but Marquez' 100 Years Of Solitude is an all-time favorite. Most of my reading time is dedicated to magazines, including the Economist, the Atlantic and Monocle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Best trip of last year was kayaking down Black Canyon in Arizona.
