I am Couchsurfing because I want to experience travel in a new way! As I mentioned, I've heard great things about Couchsurfing and how travelers and hosts can create lasting friendships. I've also heard that learning about a place from someone that lives there is much more memorable.

The most recent thing that was sorta amazing was visit the Great Wall of China on a 9-hour layover. I planned the whole thing with an online company and thought it was all going to fall apart. Instead, it all worked it and it was life changing.
