About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To smile big and smile often! :)

ABOUT ME

I am a stubbornly happy person with an insatiable curiosity of the world and the people in it. I love to travel, write, and learn from those around me. I believe in thinking globally and acting locally.

I feel so much gratitude to have been raised in a beautifully laidback and peaceful California community, and I hope to spread as much kindness and goodwill as possible while couchsurfing and hosting surfers!

PHILOSOPHY

"Above all, be the heroine of your life, not the victim." - Nora Ephron

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently traveling in Southeast Asia with one of my best girlfriends; we are hoping to surf as much as possible! When I return to the States and move into my new apartment (in either New York or Chicago), I will definitely be game to host travellers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand new and looking forward to gaining some experience!

Interests

NPR, music, scuba diving, laughing until my cheeks hurt, being outside of my comfort zone, adapting to new environments, running, my family and friends, cooking delicious food, doing movie voice-overs...
