ABOUT ME

To start, don't be tricked by my name, I'm male. :-) I speak Dutch and am originally from the only island in Zuid-Holland, Goeree-Overflakkee, which is certainly not Zeeland! ;-) I speak English, use it a lot at my work where I do stuff with machine learning.

I live in an apartment with a morning and an evening balcony on a warm coffee walk from the Blaak market in the center of Rotterdam. I like a barbecue in the summer, drinking together, and smoking a cigar occasionally.

I have a foldable chair and air mattresses in the living room. I prefer people to stay with me for a little longer time (not just one night). Preferably a long weekend.

I like to host people with which I can have a nice conversation. :-) If you are a single girl, the answer on a request is no (traveling with friends or as a couple is fine). Also, if you don't refer in any way to my profile, interests, etc, I don't know why you picked me, and the answer is no as well. No hard feelings, I just like more meaningful interaction.

Going out in Rotterdam, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Utrecht is fun! Don't hesitate to contact me for only that too. Looking forward to meet you!

I have verified myself already several times at the Couchsurfing system. I can't be bothered to do it again, sorry! :-)

PHILOSOPHY

Live life at its fullest. This does not mean for me to go dancing all night - that too at times - but go all in! I have opinions. :-D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at a dozen places, several parties, Sinterklaas in Rotterdam, xmas markets in Cologne, barbecues, running together. Installing wireless internet. I hosted say a dozen times too.

If you know me, drop me a message. If I don't know you, chances are almost nada. Not so busy with the Couchsurfing community in Rotterdam anymore either.
