ABOUT ME

I am a 30 year old woman from Finland. I am a bit shy, like most Finns, but worth the while. I enjoy nature, walks, art and lately taking photos of all things pretty.

I'm ecologically minded (though I fly a bit :() and almost hundred percent vegetarian. I like to ponder things that go on in this world. I enjoy the occasional drink, even getting hammered, but do so rarely (these days).

Oh and I can laugh too, joking's and laughter are important in this life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm looking for a couch or two to crash onto on my travels and also will be happy to host people once I get a good feel about them. Not picky, just want to make sure it's safe :)

Nature, water - lakes, rivers, the sea, the oceans - very drawn to them. Also love different types of trees and plants (I'm going to become a horticulturist after all).
Travelling. New places, new faces.
Art. Photography. Beautiful scenes.
Reading. Watching documentaries.
Sport, jogging, biking and rollerblading, skiing, ice-skating... Want to give surfing a go again, also wish I had a terrain bike... Want to challenge myself.

Lots and lots and lots. I'm bad with names, so will be hard making a list.

I watch Love, actually every Christmas, but that's about the only chick-flick I watch any more.

I mostly like drama. Movies that could actually have happened. Also ones that show what life is like in places I haven't been, or in cultures unknown to me.

I also read a lot. I like drama, thrillers and also funny but clever, sarcastic books about the life we lead...
