Overview
About Me
I'm a 20 year old woman living in Odense. I live in a cozy apartment with my sister very close to the University where I am a student. I study journalism and work as an editor for a students magazine. Furthermore, I work as a tutor for two boys that are siblings. The oldest one is 15 and his little brother is 11.
I enjoy travelling with friends to various destinations. Travelling is actually one of my most adored activities which is why I want to become a travelling editor some day.
It is manageable for me to travel a lot due to the financial support we get in Denmark when studying plus the two jobs that I have. But I'm definitely still on a budget.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I intend to see more of the world and experience different cultures. I think that one of the best ways to travel is to do it via locals - because who knows a country or countryside better than the people who is living there? Also, I like to have friends from all over the world.
Furthermore, I like to write articles about the things that I experience when I travel since they tend to affect me a lot; giving me a broader perspective of things and I cannot write an article without having reliable sources. Without real-life sources there is no story to tell.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like indie music but do not have any paticular artist or band that I'm "crazy" about. Generally, I just like to listen to music that fits with my mood and is able to comfort me if I need it.
I like old literature like Tolstoj, Pasternak and Shakespeare - and even though Ken Follet is not "old" I like his stuff as well since it concerns human history. I grew up with Harry Potter and is quite a nerd when it comes to that as well; I've been in Harry Potter World in Florida, Warner Bro's Studios and Platform 9 1/3 in London and went to Scotland to see the places that inspired important aspects of the novels and movies (for instance the bridge that the Hogwarts Express crosses).
I don't really watch that many movies but when I do, I like them to NOT be kliché romance movies; except if the film doesn't take itself too seriously like "Mean Girls". That's a fun movie.
