I once studied law, but my heart was not in it. So after graduating law school I decided to follow my dream of studying Gender Studies, and came to Galway. I love what I am doing now, and I have really found my passion.

My friends like to claim I'm like Monica from Friends -- I'm very clean, tidy and organised, and I love my friends and will always be there for them.

I like cooking, baking, and watching movies or playing board games. I'm not really a party person, but I can spend all night talking to my friends about anything and everything while sharing a bottle of wine :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a student at NUIG doing a placement at the Galway Rape Crisis Centre before moving to Dublin in June. I'll be homeless in May, and looking for a place to crash.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently I am listening to the Hamilton soundtrack on repeat. If I'm not listening to Hamilton, I listen to Sia. I also love Hozier, but I don't think he loves me back.
I enjoy the silence as much as good music, so more often than not I am sitting quietly reading a book... A Song of Ice and Fire (again), Harry Potter (AGAIN), or books on cultural criticism and representation (in preparation for my dissertation, which I'll be writing over the summer).

I watch Game of Thrones obsessively, and then analyse it at length (I analyse everything I watch/read/listen to).
