I’m a nurse, a BBA and a football enthusiast from the cold north. As the temperature in Finland hardly ever rises to levels where t-shirts are appropriate, I amongst many other Finns, am traveling to find a bit of warmth into my soul.

I enjoy traveling everywhere, near and far and find adventure wherever I am. I tend to look for the people in the places, as usually they are the ones that make the trip and the stories to remember. I am keen on discovering long lasting friendships from all around the world. This habit grew strong on me whilst living in the US and South Korea (where I spent some time as an exchange student).

About the football.. I play soccer and futsal, but don’t ask me anything about teams or the champions league. I’m not a fan of any specific team, all I do is love the game and give it all I got. So if you’re down for a game or want to learn it — lets do it.

Currently I’m working in the space media and app industry. My work evolves around astronomy, gaming and marketing related challenges, so we can also talk about that.

I consider myself to be an untraditional Finn, as I love intense conversation with a lot of emotion. I’m not afraid of loud people or conversation and I love big crowds. This time I’m traveling to the states with my childhood best friend Janika. Neither of us have been to SF before and we couldn’t be more excited.

I’m a last minute planner with my travels and like to move on spontaneous decisions. A trip where anything can happen at anytime is the best one.
