It is always hard to write about myself. I'm easy-going person, I think. I'm openminded and fast learning. When I was a teen I spent a year in the US as an exchange student with a host family. So now I know how much hospitality of the locals means in a different country. My family was great and we still keep in touch after almost 20 years.

I'm a free graphic designer right now. But graduated my University twice - first as an English teacher, then as an advertising specialist (all in vain as my true passion is drawing:)))

One of my favorite jokes is: a call in the morning "Where are you?" - "At home" - " I know you are at home. What country?"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I first heard about couchsurfing from a TV show this January. I like traveling, meeting new people and old friends. And I think that couchsurfing gives a good opportunity to know more about different cultures.

Unfortunately, we can't host all the time as we have a very small apartment. But when our kid is not at home you can take his room. Right now it is free from June 22 till July 3. Wellcome!
And keep in mind that we do not live in the city, we live in a much better place - Akademgorodok. So if you want quite place with a unique atmosphere, Botanic garden, lots of science institutes, four-frloored apartment houses, lots of trees and nature you are welcome once again!

Interests

I like snowboarding, feeride and backcountry, skating and playing hockey with my husband and son, slalom skateboarding, cross-country bike riding. I like going to offroad expeditions. One American girl asked me once: "You pull big jeeps out of mud? And that's fun?" Yes, it's fun, though it's not easy.
