Hi!
I'm a girl with many passions. I like music, travels, writting, cooking, meet new people, discover many cultures and knowledge, etc. I studied in social work, so I love to talk with people and share many experiences.

My kind of evening is eating a good meal with nice people. Music is playing in background and we are talking about life, culture, music, movies, politics, travels, society, etc. I am a quiet person but I am pretty funny (I think so haha!). I always have new projects, most of the time are crazy projects. I love shows (music or humor).

My boyfriend (see https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/remi-martel) and I travelled five months in 2016-2017. (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, west Canadian...) I discovered that I love travelling so much! What's next? Maybe soon!

We love to meet new persons and discover others cultures. We love food and music, so it a pleasure for us to learn about this in others countries.

We are a simple couple, open-minded, curious and passionnate by a lot of things. We are interrested about simple life, environnement, DIY projects, entreprenariat, arts, nature, cooking, etc.

My english is not so bad. I use my travel to ameliorate that! :) So, maybe you will help me with that!

Je suis une fille avec plusieurs passions! J'aime la musique, voyager, érire, rencontrer des nouvelles personnes, découvrir plusieurs cultures et connaissances, etc. J'ai étudié en travail social donc j'aime parler avec les gens et partager plusieurs expériences.

Mon style de soirée est autour d'un bon repas avec des gens supers et de la musique en arrière plan! Nous parlons de la vie, de la culture, de la musique, des films, de la politique, des voyages, de la société, etc. Je suis une personne calme, mais je suis également drôle! Je pense en tout cas, haha! J'ai toujours de nouveaux projets, la plupart sont un peu fous.

Mon copain (pour voir son profil https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/remi-martel) et moi avons voyagé 5 mois en 2016-2017. C'était mon premier voyage et j'ai trippé! Nous avons visiter plusieurs pays : France, Espagne, Portugal, Italie, Thailande, Malaise et l'Ouest canadien. Je me suis découvert un intérêt pour le voyage et j'espère repartir bientôt! Nous aimons rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et découvrir d'autres cultures. Nous sommes gourmands et nous adorons la musique. C'est donc un plaisir pour nous quand on peut goûter à des mets typiques de l'endroit où nous sommes et écouter de la musique d'ailleurs.

Nous sommes un couple simple à vivre, ouvert d'esprit, curieux et passionné par pleins de choses. Notre voyage était notre façon de profiter de la vie et de découvrir d'autres façons de vivre. Nous sommes intéressés par les modes de vie différentes, l'environnement, les projets Do It Yourself, l'entreprenariat, les arts, la nature, la cuisine, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : Ouff... a lot of stuff! I love music! Different kind. In Quebec, we have a lot of nice music : Arcade Fire, Groenland, Folly and the hunter, Vincent Vallières, Marie-Pierre Arthur, Karim Ouellet, Patrice Michaud, etc. I listen others things like James Bay, Vance Joy, Bastille, Ben Folds, Coldplay, Billy Talent, Ellie Goulding, Weezer, Linkin Park, Muse, Metric, Of Monsters and men, passenger, etc. It is difficult to choose because I love so much music. I don't listen specific person, but I like blues, jazz and folk music too.

In the travel, I love when we find a live show in a public place. So nice to discover music and enjoy the moment.

Movies : The Theory of Everything, The good lie, Wild... Every movie with good message. My boyfriend and I love also action movies with superheroes. We like a lot of Tv Show : Castle, Blindspot, Flash, Arrow, Hawai 5-0, Chicago Fire, etc. I am a fan of TED Podcast. I like to think about the message.

Books : I am trying to read more. I decided to start that during my travel. I am open for suggestion!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-To leave everything in Canada, to put my stuff in a locker and to go travel. First time in a plane, first time I leave my place more than two weeks. All this for a travel of 5 months!

-To follow my dreams

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach : French, something about website (wordpress), many things about Quebec, few basic autodefense moves...

Learn : cooking some special meals, piano, photography, restore furniture, languages...

Share : experiences with a good meal, our favorite music and food, good places to see and maybe a concert!
