About Me

I have just moved from Paris to London so I can't host anymore unfortunately, after so many great experiences as a host in Paris. Now I might use Couchsurfing as a surfer hopefully ! :)

When I travel I like being able to take my time and just let the adventures happen.
I love discovering a place/city just by walking around for hours and going wherever I feel like it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm looking for a host I'm also looking to spend a bit of time with the person if possible (have a drink one night, have a nice dinner, share recipes, take a walk in the city...), because the advantage of Couchsurfing is meeting interesting people and having a "local tour guide".
If I'm hosting you you are completely free to do things on your own if you want to, and if you do want to hang out I usually try and spend some time with you, take a walk, guide you to the things that you want to see in Paris.

Interests

Activism
Children's books, British children's literature especially
Poetry (and I'm not picky)
Documentaries (would love to write one one day)
Dancing
Studio Ghibli movies
Everything related to drag art and performance

I love talking about movies and books for hours.
If you want a weirdly deep or a deeply weird conversation with a stranger, I'm there.
I consider myself an open-minded person and I like being in the company of open-minded people : no racism, sexism or homophobia allowed, dear.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : Spirited away, Badlands, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Stand by Me and many more.

Books/authors : Alice in wonderland and Alice through the looking glass, Toni Morrison, Annie Ernaux, Dino Buzzati, Roald Dahl, Harry Potter, the entirety of British literature basically... and poetry of all kinds all day every day.

Music : I would say 50 % rap/hip-hop, and 50 % badass ladies in different genres (Björk, M.I.A., Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Sia...).
The queen of my music kingdom would have to be Aretha Franklin.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Been told my chocolate cake is from another world- not bad at crepes and pancakes too so generally happy to offer cooking!!
