About Me
Hello! 你好!Bonjour!
My name is Annie Gao and I'm a student from Canada. I moved to Canada from China when I was young, but I still love my culture and try to keep in touch with my roots. I I love learning about new cultures and languages, even learning about the different dialects fascinates me.
I am a new traveler on here, but I am respectful and considerate. I am quiet, and I don't smoke or drink.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new to couchsurfing and new to travelling alone. I've always dreamed about exploring the world -not as a tourist, but rather, a traveler.
I love the concept of couchsurfing and immersing myself in the culture from a local's perspective. I can't wait to make friends from all over the world who share the same love for traveling!
Interests
I have a broad range of interests, including philosophy, spirituality, art, photography, music, food, psychology and many more! I have a curious mind. (:
I'm particularly interested in the healing properties of food, natural holistic health, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I also love food art which combines my love of food and art! (:
