Hey guys, I'm Annie :)

*I'm currently in new Zealand enjoying the benefits of a working holiday visa so unable to host :( *

I'm a down to earth, super friendly and approachable person with a constant smile! I'm pretty much always happy and strive to remain this way! I'm clean, tidy and what I lack in height I make up for in personality - hopefully something you will get to experience!

I'm from Wales but I've just finished studying Astrophysics at the University of Kent in Canterbury so I've been living away from home for 4 years now. During my degree I spent a year studying in Ontario, Canada. That was the first time I spent a long period of time outside of the UK. After pushing back my flights home for Christmas I stayed in Canada for a year - I couldn't leave, the country and the friends I made were too beautiful! To make the most of location I took a 10,000Km road trip around the USA with some other exchange buddies. Twenty-two states later we remained as close as ever despite living in a teeny tent and traveling in an even smaller car! The trip even resulted in some of us living together this past year. I would say that is some good evidence of being an easy-to-get-on-with gal.

After some solo travelling around the Caribbean I inevitably caught the travel bug!

The next adventure was to Asia. I've been so interested in exploring there and learning about so many different cultures, religion and FOOD! My travel buddy Joel and I flew to Delhi, India for sensory overload and was blown away by the country - India had to be the first stop! Now the adventures are never ending...

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I've met loads of interesting people through travelling and I would like to meet more! Couchsurfing is the perfect way to explore new places from an insiders point of view. I'm keen to avoid getting swept away with other tourists and meet some genuine people who would be willing to share the home that they love with us.
