Lifting up my roots to soak up Dakar, Senegal! Most recently I've been working with the teens in all their teenage glory, coordinating social services and culturally-specific programs to support the immigrant and refugee populations at a high school. Education and equity frame my work, and my work is important to me.

I enjoy the simple things in life - a cup of tea on a porch with a chicken running around somewhere is ideal!

Looking to meet folks while I'm out and about! Next time I have a couch, it will be a couch surfing couch!

Listening to experts talk about the things they are experts in, listening to grandparents talk about their lives, listening to kids talk to themselves, just generally sitting and talking with folks.
