About Me

Hey!

I'm excited to be back in the couchsurfing community this year and have already hosted 2 really fun and friendly guests.

Mostly you'll find me cycling around London getting to my various freelance jobs. I'm a musician, community music facilitator and psychomotor therapist and work in the fields of social projects and the entertainment industry - quite exciting but also exhausting!

Because I have a really irregular schedule at the moment regarding my work, I won't be able to host anyone for long... sorry! But if it's just a 1 night stay, it might be possible.

Thanks for all the messages and good vibes so far! Good luck on your travels - stay kind, grateful and generous, and look after one another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met some great people couchsurfing and been so grateful to explore destinations on a smaller budget. Sometimes I travel for work and prolong my stay for leisure, or other times I am just looking to save money while traveling! :)

Additionally, being able to provide others with a cosy, queerfriendly, quirky but tidy space is important to me.
Getting to know and learning from locals and fellow couch surfers is my Go-To these days! So pleased to meet you :)

Cheers y'all

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is both my profession and my rock, in many ways. I've met my best friends chatting about or working with them in musical contextst, so don't be worried about missing out on good playlists or band recommendations!

Books: started reading multiple books simultaneously since the pandemic (mostly into nature writing, psychology and socio-politics). And I've become an admirer of short films this year more so than features. Sometimes I surprise myself :)

All thanks to wonderful friends who inspire me to broaden my horizon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Boiled broccoli soup to the eery sound of shifting glacial ice in Iceland, trying to tell myself "Calm down, it's not a scary wild animal!"

How do you choose ONE THING when I've got dozens to speak about??? What's yours?

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach:
- drums
- a bit of sign language and makaton
- how to organise your life and set SMART goals
- some valuable stretching routines if you'd like to be more limber!
- basics in climbing
- how to make a simple apple pie

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cleanliness, a relaxed atmosphere, Dad jokes and all in the above "teach/learn/share" section !
- common activities
- music
- random things I collect on my travels (mostly pretty little rocks)

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, France, Iceland, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, Switzerland
