Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think this would be a good way for me to meet people in a different way. Meaning, I will really meet locals from a place I would like to go and visit. Perhaps get the details of the locations and where I should go and hang out. I also find it a bit safe and more friendly/ family style traveling. And, I am comparing it to the Hostile/ hotels travelers usually use for shelter. I think this would be a great resource for me to use while traveling during this time.
