My favorite music genres are indie folk/jazz/classical (James Vincent McMorrow, anyone?)
My favorite movies are pretty much guilty pleasures (Disney animations, rom-coms), superhero/action (Marvel), and period dramas (yes, I am an Austen fan) :-)
My favorite books are fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, historical fiction, and coming-of-age

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've run a half marathon, which is darn pretty amazing to me considering I trained for it through a Midwestern winter!
I also spent a summer working on a community farming project in urban Detroit

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you piano, a Midwestern accent, how to do a handstand, sing Disney songs, start your own vegetable garden
I would love to learn about your travel experiences, life outlook, etc!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I haven't honed my cooking skills, but I can chop things and stir stuff so set me to work! And if you ever find yourself near Chicago, I will be happy to return the hosting favor!
