At this moment I'm on a year trip around Scandinavia, having spent already 7 months in Norway doing volunteering in various places, and heading next to Denmark. The purpose of the trip is to stop somewhere I like and grow some roots there. :D

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Málaga, south of Spain, even though I'm half Spanish and half Irish. When I finished my studies I moved to Scotland, where I worked with people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. I really liked my work and that pushed me onward to continue studying. So, I moved to Barcelona an did a Masters in Psychotherapy. After a couple of years I've decided to start this new adventure with my partner and a backpack. Lets see where it takes me...

On the other hand, I like spending time with myself just being calm, reading a book, watching a movie, going for a walk... I also enjoy being with people, even though I usually prefer small groups or one to ones. If there's a cosy atmosphere, interesting talk and some good beer even better. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life´s just there sometimes it´s harder others it’s a dream. I believe in processing thoughts and feelings which bring me to acceptance, and I certainly love experiencing changes in one´s self.

I think we learn to carry a lot of guilt, stress and anxiety on ourselves. I would like to make some small changes in my surrounding contributing towards a world with a bit less of shame and some more of love.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My idea is to always have an extra room where I can host people, couchsurfers or not. I like to share my home, food and thoughts with the person that stays over. I want it to be a personal and cultural exchange, not a bed for a night.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted many people during the years, even though each time I'm using this platform less.
As a couchsurfer I've been hosted a few times and it was a great experience.

Intereses

Walking slowly enjoying my surroundings, watching people go by and especially if there´s green or water.

Inner life, feelings and freedom.

Other peoples interests, stories and if possible way´s I can contribute colours to their world.
