About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have lots and lots of fun!
ABOUT ME
When I'm not studying or working, I like going to bars or pubs with my friends, catching some live music or maybe going to a festival. I also like some down-time, and sometimes I'll spend an evening watching dvd's with my boyfriend, or maybe altering some second hand clothes on my sewing machine.
PHILOSOPHY
Peace & Love.
Create good karma.
Spread the love and positive energy, and be kind to the enviroment!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host, and I'll be surfing later in the year.
My couch is available to men, women and transgendered, and my home is free of racism, sexism and homophobia. It's also important for potential surfers who may have certain ideas about a woman living alone to note the following: I've signed up for couch surfing, not bed surfing. I have a boyfriend, so don't even try it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted a few people so far and I've really enjoyed it. Showing a traveller around your city means you also learn some new things about your home that you wouldn't otherwise know. Plus I've learned some really interesting things about the cultures of my couch surfers.
Interests
Second hand clothing stores, art galleries and museums, swimming with friends, movies, Melbourne's live music scene, Markets, festivals, sewing and reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've just finished a summer-school (university) short course on Indigenous Australian issues and understandings. Why was this amazing? Because it's changed my perceptions of the country I was born and raised in!
Teach, Learn, Share
I always want to know more about different cultures and customs, and I'm happy to show you the culture and customs of my little corner of the world too.
Also, I gave one of my couch surfers a haircut, and he liked the result. And now I'm getting knitting lessons from another couch surfer.
