Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a student, I am trying to see the most I can on a limited budget. I was hoping that through the unexhaustible currency of human kindness and empathy I would be able to make the most of my travels and then help people in need in my city.
What is more, seeing a city through the eyes of a local is the best way to travel! A local knows the scene better than any travel magazine or website does, providing invaluable knowledge for the best places to eat or visit.
Lastly, I view Couchsurfing as a way to make new friends! I am excited to learn about your unique stories and point of view.
