ABOUT ME
I've been living in Sao Paulo, Brasil for the last year. My portuguese is good enough to watch a film without subtitles, but I still can't understand Fabio from Porto dos Fundos. Porra, he talks super fast.
PHILOSOPHY
Sometimes you have to just say, "fuck it." Especially if you are backpacking in India.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new to Couch Surfing, but looking forward to meeting all you drifters!
Interests
Film, art and music. I know, I must sound extremely interesting now. I was in a band in LA called Awkward Annie. These days, I'm working on a memoir, writing children's stories in Portuguese and taking guitar lessons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Macchu Picchu felt like a floating city in the clouds. The water in the Amazon Rio was so still, it made a perfect mirror that only distorted when we drifted by in canoes. India is a sensory explosion. Best and worst sights, smells, and tastes I've every experienced.
Brazilians, generally speaking, really are the friendliest people I've met.
Teach, Learn, Share
Anyone who's willing to open up and is down to earth. I'm always looking for new places to visit in South America and have already been to Cusco/Lima Peru, Manaus (Amazonas), Panama, Buenos Aires, Minas Gerais and Rio. Would love to hear where you've visited and will happily answer any questions about any of the places I've been.
