About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to become a better speller....I am absolutely terrible.
ABOUT ME
I just recently moved to Baton Rouge with Teach For America and started my new job as a Kindergarten teacher. I grew up in the Midwest, but I'm slowly learning the ways of the South and enjoying every minute of it--despite the unbearably hot summers. I went to DePauw University and majored in psychology and studio art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't had too many CouchSurfing experiences, but last winter I traveled around south to a number of cities staying with different hosts along the way and documented the trip for an independent study about CS. I was met with nothing but kindness and hospitality from all of the hosts and would love to host anyone looking for a place in BR!
Interests
I love to dance! whether in a choreographed group or just flailing by myself, dancing is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I also love art, photography, being crafty, traveling, spontaneity, spell check, nature, camping, laughing, annnnd many many other things.
