About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To spread love and compassion one amazing friendship at a time.
Also: I'm Moving!!! New Orleans, I am coming your way :) My temporary mission will be to settle in and find new friends and fun things to do. Oh and eat... lots. I'm so excited!
ABOUT ME
My friends generally describe me as too nice, outgoing, a little weird, and sometimes smart. I'll let you decide. I can say that I am honest and cautious, but truly curious about almost everything. I'm in the middle of earning my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Math and English. I write, I like numbers, I think research is fun, but my wanderlust is getting the best of me. I have lots of interests. I read, photograph, dance, and make music. I also love food and good whiskey :)
PHILOSOPHY
Remember the past, keep an eye to the future, but live now. Act out of love and respect and enjoy each moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd love to host but have never done so. I did kinda host for a week at my host's house in KL, but that was a unique situation. I've had some pretty awesome experiences with Couchsurfing in Malaysia. The CS KL group is pretty phenomenal! I met some awesome people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I sleep on couches a lot. I am not a huge fan of sleeping at my house, even when I am home. There is too much fun to be had at other peoples homes.
As a rule, I snore but very quietly. I can sleep almost anywhere, including floors with no pillows :) I am not picky as long as there is good company!
Interests
Experiencing the world through making awesome friends and sharing beautiful moments. Life is too short not to learn and experience everything that I can. I love to disc golf and bike. I take a lot of pictures, read lots, and am game for almost any type of laid back shenanigans!

Teach, Learn, Share
Smile. It's infectious.
Dream. It forces you to step outside yourself.
Love. With all your heart.
I have been known to teach: dog grooming, massage, some Thai cooking, English, and I love to debate layman philosophy.
I love to learn: to cook, speak other languages, almost anything really...
