ABOUT ME

I am 24. A graduate of the University of South Carolina and currently at the University of Illinois at Chicago finishing my degree in Physical Therapy. I live with my boyfriend and our dog in Chicago. I play soccer, do yoga and love going to concerts/listening to/talking about music. I also love to cook, bake, and especially eat. I love a good cup of black coffee and the occasional latte and am always up for grabbing a beer.

I have friends who have couch surfed before and thought I would check it out! I haven't hosted or surfed yet but I hope to get started soon.

Music: currently, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Metric, Spoon, Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend, MGMT to name a few. and the always classic Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and the Beatles. I love going to see new bands at intimate venues

Books: I rarely have time to read fiction anymore but I loved East of Eden, the Life of Pi and the Time Traveler's Wife
In the way of non-fiction, In Defense of Food and the Omnivore's dilemma changed my life
