ABOUT ME

I am 30 and live near Gent (Belgium). My days are filled with working in a school for children with learning disabilities and mental retardation,teaching in the Bachelor degree Orthopedagogiek and hanging out with my friends (going for a drink, try to do some sports,listening to music, going to concerts, ...). I have a lot of holidays and like to travel around to meet other people and other cultures.I visited a lot in the South of America, but to be honest I like Europe too. There are a lot of spots in the world I want to discover.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't know what life will bring ... but I try to enjoy every second of it!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Those I had were very great! Thanks Elena and Helen! And all the other people who offered couches in Milan. Cody was my first couchsurfer in Gent, it was a great experience. Brenda is great to have around! I also met a lot of people at the CS meeting.

兴趣

travelling, listening to music, talking with all kind of people and hanging out with friends, try to draw, badminton, ... but like the silence too ... Sometimes saying nothing can say a lot ...

I can respect a lot of different types of music! Most books I read while I am travelling, I like philosophy, drama, travelling guides, newspapers, comics, Calvin and Hobbes, ...
but also Paolo Coelho, Nicole Krauss, ...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Traveling around in Argentina, Brasil and Chili
I lost my heart in Patagonia!
But also New York is great!
Barcelona, Milan, Paris, ... everything is unique in his/her way.
I even can enjoy a trip to the 'Ardennen' in the south of Belgium...and soon I will visit my neighbours in The Netherlands ;-)
