About Me

My boyfriend Philipp and I love travelling, hiking, spending time in nature, getting to know different and interesting people and enjoy time together. After graduating we spent 3 months in New Zealand filled with a lot of camping, new experiences and interesting new friends. After that we went to Cape Town for 1 month to meet some of my family members who live there permanently now.

Since we've seen all the beautiful nature and fjords of New Zealand at the end of last year, our plan was to travel Norway this summer, as it is said to be the most New-Zealand-like country in Europe. Unfortunately, we need to be present at several universities, so our time is limited.
Instead of Norway, we're doing the Balkan countries, especially Slowenia, Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro. Now that we've realised, how beautiful southeastern Europe is with all its waterfalls, beaches and its cultural background.

After this trip we propaply won't have much time to do such adventures because of our studies, so we are super happy that we can still do it now and are absolutely looking forward to it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to get to know a country from a realistic point of view. It's absolutely different from a "normal" touristic impression and that makes the journey more interesting and special.

Interests

skiing, nature, hiking, surfing, tennis, piano, ... and even more stuff that I haven't tried yet:)

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter (Movies, books and audio books)
Pop, Reggae, Indie music ... it always depends on the situation and the season, but it has to have a good vibe!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A helicopter flight with a snowlanding on Fox glacier, New Zealand. As I absolutely love snow, it was one of the most amazing experience of my life.
