My name is Annika, each year I am one year older (that‘s why I won‘t write down a number in here - but i‘‘m between 25 and 30 :-D) and i‘m german living in Ireland (last update june 2020). I'm a very open-minded, sociable, uncomplicated and cheerful person who loves travelling. My friends describe me as a communicative person who is always happy. I am inquisitive for everything what is "new". I love new experiences and i am "free from fear" :-).

For me the most important thing regarding travelling, is to learn to know the culture of the country/ region where I am and to learn to know people...how they live, what they do, what their values are, what they think about their country and other countries and so on...
For that reason I prefer guest houses, small familiar hostels or doing couchsurfing whilst travelling :)

...I think, this way to travel supports me to become even more acquainted to a culture and its population. And that is what i realy want: i want to learn to know people, i want to make new friends, i want to feel like beeing part of a community whilst travelling...

i love reading books...espacially scandinavian crime stories but also romans, dramas, thrillers from different authors like Nicholas Sparks, Jodi Picoult, Joy Fielding, Juliette Hoffmann and so on....
