Born and raised in Germany, found a home in California. Now I'm back in Germany to study civil engineering.
I love dancing (especially ballet) even though I'm terrible at it, and have recently discovered a passion for museums and languages. I want to make my life count and leave something permanent behind, which explains my choice of future job as Civil Engineer. I love to be active, yoga, surfing, climbing and hiking are all big interests of mine that I sadly can't all do in my town so I love every opportunity to travel and see the world.

My favorite things:
-I like big cities, art and architecture, spending time on Netflix and pondering the great questions of life in the middle of the night

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my travels I have met some of the most important people in my life so I take every chance I get to make more international connections and meet locals everywhere I go. I think to truly know a country it's not enough to see the places and nature, but you have to understand the people that live there.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Pretty much everything that's on the radio and has good lyrics and a nice beat, not a big fan of rap though. I also enjoy classical music; just never get around to listening to it

Movies/ TV-Shows: Big Netflix and YouTube enthusiast, mostly Crime TV and Comedies, my top five are definitely The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, Backstrom, Sense8 and Modern Family

Books: I never really find the time to read atm, but if I get the chance a novel or Thriller will probably be my first choice

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leaving home and spending 9 months in the US, it was the best decision of my life.
