About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Exploring life and culture and people in Munich

ABOUT ME

Im a 25 year old idealist and dreamer trying to be as realistic as I can in my ambitions to save the world :) I love life and try to appreciate and learn from everything it brings, be it "good" or "bad". However, I still refuse to fully grow up, and somehow hope I'll never have to, at least in that negatively co-notated sense I mean.

PHILOSOPHY

At the moment such simple thing as "seize the day - and at its best your brains too!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really love the idea of CS which is so simple, but still so strong, be it with regard to intercultural experiences or personal encounters. Still my approach is that it really should be and stay the special thing it is: personal, informal, based on confidence and mutual interest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only hosted two guys once, but as I wasn't home at that time I can't really call it an experience. Some while ago I took care of two women at the place of a friend of mine, as it turned out they were just looking for a cheap opportunity to stay for one night which I found rather not cool. But basically:Not to much experience yet! So come and change this ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Tim Burton and Pedro Almodovar movies, Scandinavian comedies, fairy tales, dramas, basically stuff which is not too stupid or mainstream. What else should I put? Ok in my winamp playlist at the moment there is: The Cat Empire, Young the Giant, I'm not a band, Electric Guest, Mumford and Sons, and a short story written by Oscar Wilde.
