Hello there, I'm Annika, 24 years old from Germany. Currently studying Geography in Bonn but absolutely passionate about traveling. Always up for a good party, especially if its electronic music, some beer or wine and whatever keeps me from studying. At the moment I'm not in town as I'm doing an Erasmus exchange in Bristol. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was couchsurfing in Montreal and Lunenburg, Canada. It was a really good experience and a great opportunity to make friends. The month I spent on an air mattress in Ottawa was the best! Everyone was so easy going even if I was taking over the living room with all my stuff. Canadian hospitality is amazing. In Winnipeg we got to stay with a family, had burgers and wine and good talks - the kindness was overwhelming.

Interests

I like reading. And being in the nature. Meeting new people and getting to know more about them and their life, talking, laughing, eating. Cooking together and drinking wine while discussing the important things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Kalalau Trail in Hawaii was the best hike with new prettiness after every bend. And the starry sky I saw at the beach at the end of the trail, without any light pollution. Camping at the beach and waking up to the sound of the ocean.
