ABOUT ME

after finishing school i wanted to do something else but learning for exams.
i applied for an european volunteer service and spent six months as a volunteer in gatehouse of fleet, scotland. i learned more within these six months of volunteering than six months of school could ever teach me.
back in germany, i moved to kiel and started studying for becoming a physiotherapist. during my first two years in kiel, one of my first flatmates told me about couchsurfing and also hosted a really nice guy from the usa who we've had a fun time with. that's how i first got to know about the cochsurfing project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i made my first couchsurfing experiences in scotland at the end of may 2009.
i had a great time staying with a very lovely couple in edinburgh :)

i got a real good new friend from france via couchsurfing! i can't wait until being her couchsurfer :) hope this will be soon, yeah!

i hosted a nice guy from mexico who was travelling around germany. by bike! and he was the only once who went swimming in the baltic see at water temperature of 5-6° celsius! all the others (germans from around the area) were too cold - me included ^^
