Hey everyone,
I'm an elementary school teacher in Oakland, California. I love working with children, exploring the Bay Area, and enjoying life! This summer I am traveling for 6 weeks. My boyfriend and I started this trip in Spain, are currently in Morocco and heading to Portugal. We have never couch surfed before but are really excited to try it! Back in 2011 I went to many couch surfing meetings in San Francisco, made lots of friends, and learned to love the global community.

We want to really connect and get to know people while we travel. We made local friends while staying in a small town in Spain and it really changed our experience so we were hoping to do that again.

I just rode a camel through the Sahara desert yesterday and hiked up a beautiful mountain. That was pretty sweet.

I love teaching about anything I know. I also love your guiding for visitors back in the San Francisco Bay Area, but that's harder to do while traveling.
