ABOUT ME

I love being outside, and am really mad about doing all kind of sports and outdoor-acticitvities especially watersports including sailing, windsurfing, diving, kayaking ..... whatever Wellington has on offer! I'm a PhD student in Geology/Geophysics and spending a major proportion of the summer months tramping and camping around the volcanoes of the North Island (New Zealand) collecting rock samples.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had my best time ever couchsurfing my way around NZ, parts of europe and Hawaii, met heaps of great people, made new friendships and often got stuck in places for a long time...I then really enjoyed hosting people from all around the world while studying in Kiel, and although I had been living there for such a long time I rediscovered my own hometown showing people around!!!

Intereses

I love the Mountains, the Sea, beautiful beaches and so the Outdoors. And whats nicer than having a big bondfire under the stars on the beach???

Algo increíble que he hecho

swimming between the reflections of the stars on the tranquil sea in the Calanques. Watched the sunset from the top of one of the Glasshouse Mountains in Australia and walked through a forest covered in glowworms in New Zealand.

I can teach sailing and surfing, maybe some juggling. I like good food, wine and music and love cooking for my hosts.
