Hi there! Moikka! Nice to meet you :)

I'm outgoing chick, professional photographer and media student from beautiful, small town called Rovaniemi located in the heart of Lapland.
Living in tough north with ah-so-introverted-finns taught me to survive on my own, so that might be the reason why I'm always up to exciting, solo adventures rather than visiting crowded places and buying boring, package-holidays. I chose couchsurfing because for a small town girl like me, meeting new people all over the world gives a perspective and inspiration to make choices towards the life of my dreams. Do you want to be part of my story?

My friends would describe me as a humorous, joyful and friendly person. I like to get to know new people and dive into conversations wherever I am - I hope you don't get bored with my questions and stories! Another thing to point out; I'm always up to any plan which could lead to unforgettable memories. Nothing beats up exploring and hanging out with good company :)

Meeting new people is the 1# reason for me. I personally think that you get way more out of your adventures by staying with locals, since you can really dive in to country's couture and get under the surface. I was interrailing for a month in 2017, and without all the hosts and locals me and my friend met on the way, it would have been very 'normal' trip. So I think it really makes a difference! " Be a traveller, not a tourist."
