I'm old and grumpy but sometimes hilarious. Even though I secretly hate everyone and everything, I like getting to know people, exchanging lifetime stories and other random nonsense. I'm spontaneous and don't like to plan anything too much time in advance if I don't have to. Keep things simple, life's complicated enough.

I hosted people while I was living in Barcelona and London. I recently moved to Cambridge where everything looks a bit like out of a Harry Potter books. Since I'm fairly new here, I won't be able to show you around and tell you Cambridge's secrets but I'd like to discover them! Also, London's just a stone's throw away.

Music: Rock, Blues, Jazz. Usually I end up liking most things when they're live on stage.
Movies: Nothing's more relaxing than a stupid (zombie) horror or action movie. Romantic comedies equal torture.
Books: Sci-fi, horror and fantasy. Also 'popular' science books - particularly those where there's lots of scientifically reviewed destruction.

I can show you some basic knitting. Also, chemistry and random science facts. I'm an okay cook. I can make you a playlist of youtube videos that weren't even funny ten years ago. If you're from a Spanish-speaking country you will have to endure my horrible and awkward attempts at what I call Spanish (will get more fluent with increasing alcohol level though).
