ABOUT ME

I'm all about nature, hiking, music, people and culture! I'm fresh out of college, with a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and looking for some pure life experience now. I love to hike! I've hiked over 800 miles of the Appalachian Trail in various sections. This summer, I started where I left off two years ago near Pawling, New York, and wound up sticking to the Long Trail when I got to Vermont. Now I work for GMC as a caretaker on the trail's tallest mountain ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is what you make it. I'm not religious but I believe in a higher consciousness. I like to consider the source to be of Holy Love, and try to stay committed to being the best person that I can be and making the most of every day. In the words of Maynard Keenan, "Recognize this as a holy gift, and celebrate this chance to be alive and breathing."

So far I have had great experiences couchsurfing, and look forward to hosting couchsurfers when I have a place of my own. I've been nomadic for a while, and now I live in the mountains - if you come to Mount Mansfield, hollar at me!
