About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Do as much as I can.
ABOUT ME
I am a very loud half Ecuadorian half Serbian.
PHILOSOPHY
Unfortunately I believe in The Curse of the Traveler and that is what drives me...
An old vagabond in his 60s told me about it over a beer in Central America, goes something like this:
The more places you see, the more things you see that appeal to you, but no one place has them all. In fact, each place has a smaller and smaller percentage of the things you love, the more things you see. It drives you, even subconsciously, to keep looking, for a place not that's perfect (we all know there's no Shangri-La), but just for a place that's "just right for you." But the curse is that the odds of finding "just right" get smaller, not larger, the more you experience. So you keep looking even more, but it always gets worse the more you see.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had a couple of amazing experiences staying with other people, it's such a great and fun community!
I haven't had the chance to host anyone yet because I'm always on the move.
Interests
I love ALL things film.
I love both film making and film theory/criticism, but directing and production are my passion.
I have been lucky to live in 4 countries in 18 years so I love traveling and I like really getting to know places and their people and culture instead of just rush through tourist attractions.
I love learning languages and different dialects and forms of speaking of the languages I already know.
And short stories are my ultimate go to when I have some free time.
Music, Movies, and Books
Film: Antonioni- Blow up,Godard, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Breathless, The Conversation, Kusturica's cinema...
