I’m trying to improve myself in a healthy way, doing meditation, yoga and surf (I think it’s the best meditation ever even if I’m not really good at it 😂)
I’m trying to eat local and vegetarian when it’s possible but I adapt myself when I travel
I’ve lived in a Volkswagen van for months to travel around France and also Italy, can’t wait to return to van life, pure freedom

I’ll do my divemaster ( scuba diving training) in March in order to do therapies with the ocean, here with scuba diving ( for PTSD for example)

I’m a chocolate addict unfortunately, cheese and some white wine are also my favorite combo 😉
I really love dancing with good music ... and a mojito 🍹
