I just finished high school and I just wanted to escape my country to have some fun and to discover new things. I am traveling for 6 months in total. I am going to Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia and Thailand.
I am young compared to the most backpackers, but that's actually what I really love because other people with more experiences can share that with me.
After my gap year I will go to university to study International Studies. I want to follow my father, because he works with projects to improve the countries that are less developed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to do things I have never done before. This is really a thing I would have been scared of in the past but I now have the confidence to try it. It is really a different way to meet people and I am very open for that.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love all kinds of music. My favorite is I think a bit of alternative rock like Imagine dragons, Linkin Park and Twenty one pilots. On my trip I have listened a lot of old music and i love it, because it really fits the vibes of traveling.

My favorite movie is The titanic and I am really into cheesy romantic movies because they make you feel so good. I am not a real fan of action movies but I am always open for it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done is what I do now: Traveling at my nineteenth all around the world. I am just so proud of myself that I am doing it, because a lot of people home though I could not do it and I proved them wrong.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach people a bit of the Dutch culture and language. Me personally like it more to learn from other people, because I am more interested in other countries. But the Netherlands are a nice place to live in and I don't want to move there now.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really would like to share all my adventures and my passions but I would also love to learn more about the country and city of the hosts. Like I said, I have never done this before but I think it will be a very good experience.
