Describing myself? I am adventurous, joyful and easy going with people. I tend to be a bit chaotic at times, but I have an optimistic spirit which makes up for the chaos.
Currently, I am taking a gap year from my study. I am working full time, trying to earn some extra money for my next trip!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I believe there is no better way to experience a place than to be with it's locals! And besides that, I enjoy meeting new people and not knowing what kind of 'plan' is ahead of me!

I'd love to host people at my place in Breda. Though you should be warned. I am living in a typical student room, which I also share with my boyfriend. It is not big at all, but I do have a nice couch and/or an inflatable matrass.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most of my favourite books are from Dutch writers. I love the Ducth literature and the use of the Dutch language in it. I use the English language a lot in my daily life, but at the end of the day I love to read a good Dutch book.
My favourite book is In Lucia's Eyes (English version), by Arthur Japin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped organising trips to Kosovo and Bosnia Herzegovina to help renovating elimentary schools there. I also went there ofcourse, which were amazing experiences. It made me fall in love with the Balkan.
