ABOUT ME

Hello dear mister or missis, couchsurfing ;) My name is Anouk, I am a 29 year old woman, who's living in the city of Antwerp (Belgium).
I was born in Haïti, but got adopted when I was a baby of about three months old, by very warmhearted parents of the Flamish = dutchspeaking) part of Belgium. I completed I four years fine arts education in 2009. After I graduated, I did a variety of joboccupations, including artistassistent, Dutch teacher for French speaking childeren in Brussels, storyteller for a theaterorganisation and many more. Apart from that I completed several artistic projects, including exhibitions, music, poetryperformances. At the moment, I am working as a social worker, organising activities for foreign childeren, often with a vulnerable background. I am a very open, possitive, person, who also seeks quitness and rest at the same time. My identity is covered by a colourful range of interests, including: Literature, Poetry, contemporary art, contemporary dance, organic food, movie yoga, buddhism walking, meeting, sharing. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only had a couchsurfing experience once, in Den Hague in Holland. I really enjouyed it. I had the chance to stay over in the house of two very lovely people, who lived a querter or so, just outside the center of Den Hague, in a very quiet residentional neighbourhood. I stayed over in a very beautyfull and cosy sleepingroom.
For me its was a very nice first couchsurfing - experience, that gives me the confidence in order to do this again.
